GetJet Airlines obtained Canadian FAOC

May 7, 2018 Company News

GetJet Airlines is very happy to announce that it has received the Canadian Foreign Air Operator Certificate, which is required for qualified air operators who wish to conduct an air transport service to and from Canada.

“GetJet has been growing steadily for the past couple of years and so it is only natural that we are broadening our horizons. Since we already hold an AOC, we only needed to apply for the additional certificate and we’re very happy that we’ve passed the verification process successfully. Plans for what’s next are already in the making and we’re eager to share them soon”, says Darius Viltrakis, CEO of GetJet Airlines.

GetJet Airlines applied to receive FAOC in November, 2017. After all requested documents were submitted, the airline underwent a strict verification process and has been issued the Canadian FAOC by Transport Canada.
